The John F.Kennedy Airport, there are two parking lots available. There is the Daily JFK Parking and the JFK Long term parking .The daily parking is set for those people wishing to park their cars for few hours as the go about their business at the airport. JFK Long term parking is for those people wishing to park their cars for more than one day. The Long term parking is found at the Lefferts Boulevard which is approximately five miles from Chicago Transit Authority. The Jfk Long term parking is linked to the terminals by the Air train which offers the services of ferrying people.

The daily parking rates are much lower than those of the long term parking. The Red parking which is just across the AA terminal at the airport is charged $ 33 a day but is the best for long term parking. The Long term parking lot which is located right outside the central are terminal is slightly cheaper and its rates are $ 18 per day. The Airtrain is available at no charge to all the people and it is about ten to twenty minutes drive to the Jfk Airport terminals.

When one parks at the long term parking near Lefferts, they then take the Airtrain number eight which gets them to the terminals. However there are many people who wonder if there is an available parking lot for motorcycles or scooters at the Jfk parking lots. There is indeed no motorcycle allowed into the Airport. There is however free parking for motorcycles at Lefferts Blvd station, this is near the long term parking. Then from the parking one can take Airtrain number T5 or the jetblue. Many people also wonder if their cars will get vandalized at the Jfk long term parking. As much as there is a slot of security, both day and night, there area few reported cases of vandalism.

There are other long term parking lots which are not within the airport and one will have to take a cab or a shuttle into the terminal.\Payments for the Long term parking at the airport can be made by cash or credit cards. One can also pay with the EZ pass, but you will have to enquire for the procedure from the clerks. It is also worth noting that there are no taxes charged or hidden charges included in the payments. It is also worth noting that there is no specialized or reserved parking lot or less rates for the military.
